CONSTRUCTION

LT/LOR has a flexible hot dipped galvanised steel core and contains a nylon cord packing. A smooth high/low temperature flexible PVC sheath is extruded over the core and allows a wide operational temperature range (-55°C to +120°C). The product is UV stabilised.

CONSTRUCTION

ATX has a Flexible inner core made from spiral wound, hot dipped galvanised steel and contains nylon cord packing. The thermoplastic rubber jacket is capable of withstanding nominated extreme temperatures (-60°C to +150)°C.

The material has a rating of UL94-HB is halogen free and oil and sunlight resistant.

CEA

Low Fire Hazard Flexible Conduit

CONSTRUCTION

CEA is made from spiral wound, hot dipped galvanised steel core and contains a nylon cord packing. The smooth outer flexible thermoplastic polyurethane sheath extruded over the core is halogen free and flame retardant. This product has low smoke and low toxicity characteristics and acidic gases (hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen bromide) are virtually eliminated as products of combustion.

EF conduit has a flexible hot dipped galvanised steel core made from spiral wound corrosion resistant plated steel. It contains nylon cord packing with smooth outer flexible PVC sheath extruded over the core. EF is UV stabilised.

CONSTRUCTION

LA is manufactured from spiral wound strip of heavy gauge, hot dipped galvanised steel. It contains within the convolutions an enclosed integral copper bonding strip. The smooth outer PVC sheath extruded over the core is flexible, liquid tight, high quality U.V. stabilised and flame retardant.

VJC

Vacuum Jacketed Steel Conduit for High-Flex Installations

CONSTRUCTION

VJC has a flexible galvanised steel core. The unique vacuum extrusion process allows this product to have a thin PVC jacket, that does not restrict the great flexibility characteristics of the inner core. This product can be used with either two part fittings or compression fittings to achieve IP54 or IP65 protection. VJC is oil resistant.
